Being active and moving your body is a great way to stay fit and healthy. It can also help your brain to release chemicals that make you feel happy emotions.

Keeping active is good for your body and your brain!

It is a good to aim for 30 minutes of physical activity every day.

What do you do to keep yourself active?

Here are some ideas to keep you moving:

  • Dancing,
  • Walk around the block,
  • Do some house work like vacuuming,
  • Stretch your muscles,
  • Join a gym.
