In this topic we talk about Self talk.

Self talk is the things you tell yourself in your head. It is your inner voice.

The things you tell yourself in your head can change the way you:

  • Think.
  • Feel.
  • Act.

It is something that everyone does.

Most of time we do not know that we are doing it because it happens in our head.

It is important to know what we tell ourselves in our head because it can impact on how we think, feel and act.
