Navigating the course

The Strong Minds online course will look at 5 topics to help you learn skills to deal with hard times. The course will have some tips and activities for you to try to build a strong mind.

Topics that will be covered include:

When you have finished with each section, click the next button at the bottom of each section to continue.

You can go back to any of the topics any time you want to while doing the course. Just use the side bar and click the topic you want to go back to.

There is no time limit to this course. You can do it at your own time. When you log in, it should take you back to where you left off.

It can be a good to do this course with another person such as a family member, friend or support person.
