Topic 5: Feeling Happy

In this topic we talk about Feeling Happy.

You can choose to feel happy even when going through hard times.

Feeling happy and being positive can help you to:

  • Stay focused.
  • Find smart ways to solve problems.
  • Improve your self-confidence.

These are all part of having a Strong Mind.

Some ways to grow your positive feelings and develop a Strong Mind are by practising:

Gratitude – this means thinking about the things you are thankful for.

Mindfulness – this means slowing down to focus on the things that are happening in your body and around you right now.
