If you are finding it hard to sleep you can try meditation. You can do it at any time to help you feel more relaxed and less stressed.
If you feel overwhelmed with your emotions and need to escape you can try a meditation to feel more in control.
This is about stopping for a moment to focus on one thing, something in your body like your breathing or on one thing around you like listening to the leaves on the trees.
