- It is good to recognise your emotions. Emotions can tell you things. When you recognise your emotions you have more control over them.
- You can have positive and negative emotions. Having a Strong Mind can help you turn negative emotions to positive emotions.
- Everyone has different emotions. We can all be doing the exact same thing, but experience different feelings and emotions about it. It is okay to feel different emotions to other people.
