It is good to be able to recognise when you are feeling big emotions.
Sometimes when we feel a big emotion it can be easy to jump in and respond quickly without thinking and this can hurt our relationships.
But if we can recognise when we feel big emotions we can use a trick called Stop, Think, Do to give yourself more time to make the best choice in the moment.
